Summer Lunch Program Training

June 2nd, 2008 – Monday

6:30pm – 7:30pm

Location:  White River Presbyterian Church

 

For anyone interested in helping with the Auburn School District’s Summer Lunch Program this year at WRPC, this training one hour session for WPRC volunteers will be helpful.  The Auburn School District has actually scheduled our own special training time at the church in order to work out better with people’s work schedules. 

We’ll need to have at least one person who’s gone through the training at the

summer lunch each day, so the more trained people we have at the church, the better. 

 

By attending this training session, you won’t be committing yourself to helping each and every day throughout the summer.  We’re hoping to have a number of people trained and ready to help out, so you’ll be able to help out as much — or as little — as you’re able.

 

This is the ideal way to reach out to the neighborhood children and their families this summer.  Hope to see you all at the training session!
